This service works excellent if you constantly receive important time sensitive mail that needs your immediate attention such as government correspondence, bills or checks for deposit.

3. The sales representative will initiate setup of your digital mailbox and email you a link to your digital mailbox account to finalize the setup.
4. You can login to the account through your computer, tablet and smartphone.

2. What does access to the conference room, office desk, and amenities include?

This includes a physical address for your invoices, access to a conference room, and an office desk for 3hrs per week. Includes wifi internet, conference display monitor, scanner/printer, coffee, and snacks. Unused weekly time does not get rolled over and is not reimbursed or credited. You will get courtesy of 50 printer paper pages each visit. Additional pages will be billed separately.

Additional Fees
1. Users First online user is free, $8 per month per additional user.
2.  Additional $2 per extra mail open and scan over monthly mail items per plan.
3. Mail forwarding, an estimate is provided at time of shipment.
4. Mail storage, first 30 days free, then $1 per day per mail item.
5. Additional online account users, first user is free, $8 per month per additional user.
6. A fee of $25 to add recipients to your mailbox plan.
7. Package storage, $0.20 per pound per day. Packages need to be authorized.
